Gpixel.orG is dedicated to high-resolution imagery. Often, it's frustrating not being able to zoom in on a specific detail in large online photos. To address this, I integrated OpenSeadragon, an open-source, web-based JavaScript viewer. That said, photography is about more than just resolution. It’s driven by thought, intention, and the vision of the photographer - not just pixels, gear, or technique. While this might seem at odds with the high-resolution focus of this site, I believe both perspectives can coexist. Sometimes, "the forest hides the tree" - but why not reveal both within the same image? That’s the idea behind this project.
The panoramas featured here range from 38 megapixels to 1.2 gigapixels and are also available on Flickr.

Some of my images are for sale via ko-fi.com, just follow the   link in the concerned items.
